Return Policy

All One Humanity products are made-to-order - allowing for the customization of product color, size, message (trim), and trim color.

In an effort, therefore, to reduce waste (as products, once customized, cannot be resold) and to keep product costs as low as possible, all items are final sale and not currently eligible for exchange or return.

Because all product messages and trim are custom designed and applied, there may be slight imperfections and/or variations.

If, however, the product is defective and is eligible for exchange or repair under warranty, please contact us at info@onehumanity.ca to discuss how to proceed.
