Do you sell gift cards?
We are just starting out, and may consider creating gift cards in the future. For now, why not take advantage of our "for someone else" gift option instead!
What is your return policy?
Currently, all our products are made-to-order - allowing for the customization of product color, size, message (trim), and trim color.
In an effort, therefore, to reduce waste (as products once customized cannot be resold) and to keep product costs as low as possible, all items are final sale and not currently eligible for exchange or return.
Where do you ship?
At the moment, we are able to ship anywhere within Canada and to the continental United States.
If you would like to place an order to be shipped elsewhere in the world, please contact us with information about your location and details of the items you wish to order. We will do everything we can to make it possible!
Can you send a gift to the US for me?
If you are shipping a gift to the United States, you must place your gift order as a standalone order (not as a gift option within a larger order).
For shipping, you have two options:
Our lowest shipping rate: where the person receiving the package will be responsible for the payment of any applicable customs duties, taxes and clearance fees. These fees are collected by USPS upon release of the package to the receiver in the US.
Our worry-free shipping option: to avoid the hassle for you and any cost to the receiver of your gift, you can contact us once you have placed your US order. We will send you a quote at this time for the extra charge that will be incurred by us to cover any additional customs duties, taxes and clearance fees.
